Week #1 - July 25, 2017 Provo MTC

Hi Everyone!!!
   I love the MTC so much and I LOVE being a missionary! Life is so
good and I have never felt happier in my entire life. This is the best
experience in the world! The MTC is amazing and I'm so grateful for
the opportunity I have to be here. I am so lucky!
  So my companions name is Sister Southwick and she's honestly my best
friend. She's going to Alabama too and I talked to her a little bit
before the mission, but when we found out we were companions on the
first day here we were shocked and so happy! I love her so much. We
are honestly the same person and laugh so hard everyday! We have way
too much fun here and we never stop laughing! We already know we are
going to be so sad when we have to say bye to the MTC. We both love it
here! Our District is so awesome too and we are all so close. All of
the missionaries in my District are going to some place in the south
and I know they are all going to be amazing missionaries! I love them
all.
This morning we were able to go to the temple with our District and it
was the best! I love the temple so much and I'm so grateful for the
peace and comfort I feel when I'm there. It's the best place on earth!
  This place seriously feels like it's my home. You see so many people
you know here and It's so awesome to see them all doing the same
thing! Also, I'm so grateful for the cafeteria and the gluten free
food that they have. It's the best! 
    I have learned so much this last week and I'm so grateful for this
Gospel and the happiness it brings. Sister Southwick and I have taught
3 investigators already and they have all been amazing. It's such an
amazing opportunity to be able to teach someone about something that
you love so much! The spirit is so strong here. It's an incredible
feeling! Missionary work is amazing and I've already had the
opportunity to see it bless and change the lives of our investigators.
It's the BEST! This Gospel makes me so happy!
I'm so grateful for the opportunity I have to pray to my Heavenly
Father. I know he is always there and will answer our prayers. It is
just up to us to go to Him and strengthen our relationship with Him. I
feel so lucky to be able to wake up every morning and teach people
about this Gospel and how it can bless their lives. I thank my
Heavenly Father every day for this opportunity. I've seen so many
miracles already because of this Gospel. I know the Savior lives and
loves us. The church is true and it makes me so happy! Being a
missionary is heaven on earth. I hope everyone is doing well!
