Hi everyone!!!

  How is everyone doing?! Our P-day got changed to today because we are in Birmingham this morning going to the temple! I am so excited. The temple is definitely my favorite place to be. It's such a treat to be able to go as a missionary.

    This email is going to be quick because we don't have much time today, BUT life is good! I am so happy here in BAMA! It's such a treat being here. I am so grateful. This past week has been such a blast! There has been so much Christmas stuff happening around Prattville! We were able to go to the Christmas tree lighting downtown and the Christmas parade! It was so much fun! We were able to meet so many amazing people and talk to them about #LighttheWorld this year! For those of you who haven't heard of it, IT'S amazing!!!It's a Christmas service opportunity that the church has put out so that all of us can remember the importance of this season, which is the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. I would invite all of you to go onto LDS.ORG and look up more information! There are also Christmas videos that you can watch too! There's 25 ways to serve in 25 days.

   Prattville, Alabama sure knows how to celebrate Christmas! I apologize to all of you that are missing out ;) It's the BEST. I love this time of year.

John 8:12:

  Another awesome opportunity that we had this week was we were able to go to a Nativity event in Montgomery on Sunday night with a family from our ward that got baptized a little while ago! They are the BEST people! It was such a special night. There were 300+ Nativity's set up from all different places around the world. Also, another non-member family that we had met a few weeks ago came too! It was so special. We then all watched the Christmas devotional! I LOVE missionary work.

    It's been such a great week. It's crazy how fast time flies! We have lots of things happening these next couple of days! This work is progressing and I am grateful for it. I am happy and doing great! I hope everyone is doing well back at home. I miss and love you all tons! I would challenge you all to LIGHT THE WORLD this week and find ways to serve, just as our Savior did. I promise it will bring more light & love into your life, especially during this time of year. I hope everyone has a good rest of the week!
